By submitting an item for sale, the seller confirms that they are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it. Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised items are strictly prohibited.
Ownership of Items
Commission & Payouts
Relic Studio will retain a commission from the final selling price of each successfully sold item. Seller payouts will be processed after the transaction has been completed and any disputes have been resolved.
Item Condition & Accuracy
Sellers must provide accurate information regarding the item's brand, size, condition, and any known defects. Relic Studio reserves the right to reject items that do not meet our quality standards or differ significantly from their submitted description.
Listing Duration & Unsold Items
Items will be listed for up to six (6) months. If an item remains unsold after this period, a S$5 administrative fee per item will apply. Upon payment, sellers may choose to collect the item or relist it for an additional six (6) months.
Item Acceptance & Listing
All items are subject to review before being accepted for sale. Relic Studio reserves the right to determine whether an item is suitable for listing and may decline any submission at its sole discretion.
Withdrawal of Listings
Sellers may request to remove their item from sale before it has been purchased. Relic Studio reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests for items that are already involved in an active transaction or pending fulfilment.
